T.J. Schippling and the Lucas Oil/ Dixie Chopper drag race team are set for this coming week’s race at Grand Bend Motorplex.

“It’s starting to feel more like race season around here,” commented Schippling on the weather.

This weekend’s forecast looks to be very warm and humid with only a small chance of rain for Saturday. “We were rained out of our first race, so we are very anxious to get this season rolling.”

Qualifying will begin Saturday afternoon for T.J., with eliminations scheduled for Sunday.
